Vishva Renewable Energy is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in court, arbitration, and other legal forums.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-structured advice to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address potential legal risks.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, external counsel, and stakeholders as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Proven experience in legal proceedings and corporate advisory.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations in the renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
