Vishva Renewable Energy is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in legal matters and proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on matters relating to corporate, contractual, and regulatory law.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially within the renewable energy industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including agreements, MoUs, and notices.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel to support business objectives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with valid enrollment at the Bar Council.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated experience in handling legal proceedings and advisory matters.
- Sound knowledge of laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
