Details of the Job/Internship

Yogesh Enterprises is hiring an Advocate with experience of 5–7 years to join their office in Haveli. The role requires a legal professional specialising in construction and real estate law with strong expertise in RERA compliance and regulatory frameworks. The position involves providing legal advisory support for ongoing and upcoming projects and managing documentation and regulatory requirements across real estate developments. The preferred work location is PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune).

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet agreements including Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, and Joint Venture Agreements.
• Handle land acquisition matters and conduct title due diligence.
• Coordinate with government authorities on regulatory matters.
• Provide legal advisory support for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of experience in real estate and construction law.
• In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations, documentation, and compliance procedures.
