Details of the Job/Internship

Yogesh Enterprises is hiring an Experienced Legal Professional – RERA Specialist with experience of 5–7 years to join their team in PCMC.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle RERA compliance and regulatory frameworks for real estate projects.
• Draft and vet agreements including Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, and Joint Venture Agreements.
• Manage land acquisition matters and title due diligence.
• Coordinate with government authorities for regulatory and compliance matters.
• Provide legal advisory support for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Eligibility

• Advocate with 5–7 years of experience in real estate and construction law.
• In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Strong experience in drafting and vetting real estate and construction agreements.
• Experience in land acquisition matters, title due diligence, and government liaison.
• Strong legal advisory and regulatory compliance skills.

Salary/Stipend
