Details of the Job/Internship

Yogesh Enterprises is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide sound legal advice on a wide range of real estate and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution forums.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and stakeholders as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of real estate, civil, and corporate laws.
• Proven experience in contract management, litigation, and legal advisory.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently.
• Prior experience in real estate law or corporate legal functions is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
