Your HRM Expert is hiring a Recruiter for a full-time remote position.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for various roles.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess role suitability.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities across hiring stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple recruitment pipelines independently.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview facilitation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in employer branding and candidate relationship management.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and best hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are an added advantage.
- Students, homemakers, and individuals looking to start or restart their careers are eligible.
