Details of the Job/Internship
Altacit Global is hiring an Advocate/Associate IPR with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Bangalore branch to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to firm standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to promote services and generate leads.
- Advise clients on the management of IP portfolios, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Develop strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development Programs.
- 1+ years of experience in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.
- Strong leadership, team management, and networking abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in legal document preparation.
