Role and Responsibilities
- Handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Drafting and appearing before the NCLT/NCLAT.
- Conducting legal research and preparing drafts.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Experience in handling matters before the NCLT, including drafting and appearances.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment.
