Rakesh Kumar Jindal is hiring Advocates / Legal Associates with 1–3 years of experience to join the team in New Delhi and Mumbai. The role focuses on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, including appearances before the NCLT/NCLAT, as well as research and drafting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Drafting and appearing before the NCLT/NCLAT.
• Conducting legal research and preparing drafts.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Experience in handling matters before the NCLT, including drafting and appearances.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
