ARIX Capital Limited is hiring an Advocate / Legal Counsel to handle matters related to corporate, civil, criminal, and labor laws, depending on specialization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including corporate, civil, criminal, and labor laws.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes amicably where possible.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and statutory requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree in Law (LLM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend
