Details of the Job/Internship

Pradeep Nawani & Associates is hiring Advocates/Associates with the experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Work profile will include appearance before criminal and civil courts of law and to execute the strategy designed by the Senior Associates and to provide the feedback to the Senior Associates after attending the hearing of the case.

Eligibility

• Enrolment with BAR Council of Delhi is mandatory.
• 2 to 3 Years experience in legal profession.
• Minimum ten appearances are mandatory before a specific district court for which candidate is applying.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills (in English Language) are necessary and desirable.
• Experience and Knowledge of Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and Power Point is necessary.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Hard-working individual.
• Good time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
