Details of the Job/Internship

Toyota Financial Services India Limited is looking to empanel experienced advocates with a minimum of 5 years litigation experience to handle retail and inventory funding-related legal cases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent TFSIN in consumer forum, arbitration, Section 138 NI Act, recovery, and civil cases.
• Manage end-to-end case lifecycle including court appearances and updates.
• Coordinate case strategies and ensure compliance with the in-house legal team.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in banking, finance, or NBFC matters.
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
