GS Rijhwani & Co is inviting applications from law students and fresh law graduates interested in building a career in Intellectual Property Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in trademark and copyright filing procedures.
- Draft objections, replies, and opposition documents.
- Assist in hearings and IP-related court matters.
- Support IP litigation work.
- Work on real client matters under supervision.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / Final year – 3-year course).
- Fresh law graduates.
- Candidates with a genuine interest in Intellectual Property practice.
