Details of the Job/Internship
KyraLegal LLP is hiring an Advocate on a contractual basis with hybrid working flexibility to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court.
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel and conduct legal research.
- Attend client meetings.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and experience in Divorce Law, Family Law, and Civil Law.
- Expertise in Corporate Law, Property Law, and Police Station Representation.
- Proficiency in Marriage Registration Services, Court Marriages, and relevant marriage acts.
- Excellent legal research, document preparation, and review skills.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Bar Admission in Karnataka.
Salary/Stipend
