Details of the Job/Internship

Makhija & Associates is hiring Advocates to join its Mumbai (Thane) office for a full-time, on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court litigation.
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Assist in developing legal strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with team members on case management.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws.
• Experience in legal research and drafting.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Experience in IP-related legal services is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
