Their attorneys have played for the last 20 years, a significant role in creating and protecting many IP Intellectual properties (such as trademarks copyrights, and patents).
Details of the Job/Internship
Makhija and Associates are hiring Advocates to join their office in Thane.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advocates will represent clients in court litigation, provide legal advice, and draft legal documents.
- They will also assist in developing legal strategies and representing clients in court.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property laws.
- Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in IP-related legal services is a plus.
