Details of the Job/Internship

Makhija and Associates are hiring Advocates to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advocates will be responsible for representing clients in court litigation, providing legal advice, and drafting legal documents.
• They will also assist in developing legal strategies and representing clients in court.

Eligibility

• Experience in IP law, trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.

Salary/Stipend
