Details of the Job/Internship
Orbit Law Services is hiring an Advocate with an experience of up to two years to join their specialized teams in Real Estate, Banking and Finance, and Corporate Finance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting and vetting of loan documentation, security documents, and corporate finance agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive title searches and legal due diligence for real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on compliance with banking regulations and RBI guidelines.
- Support the senior team in structuring and documenting corporate finance deals.
- Review property-related documents and prepare title search reports for project financing.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Up to two years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Foundational knowledge of real estate laws and banking/finance regulations.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict transactional timelines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
