Role and Responsibilities
- Active involvement in matters before TDSAT.
- Working closely with the Trilect Associates team on drafting and case strategy.
- Participating in hearings and substantive legal work.
- Handling telecom, broadcasting, and regulatory dispute matters.
Eligibility
- Advocates currently appearing or having appeared before TDSAT.
- Comfort with telecom, broadcasting, and regulatory disputes.
- Freshers seeking to establish independent practice may also apply.
