WITH LAW is looking for a candidate for the position of AI Legal Assistant.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct AI-driven legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of AI tools for contract analysis and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to design and refine AI models for legal applications.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Provide guidance on AI transactions and related legal matters.
- Support audits, cybersecurity, and data breach response planning.
- Engage in public policy and legislative advocacy related to AI and technology law.
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of end-to-end data security strategies.
- Assist in energy audits and regulatory compliance and strategy development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law with special/certified courses on AI or any related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its legal implications.
- Experience with data privacy and security regulations.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory advice in the context of AI both India & global.
- Proven ability to conduct legal research and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Salary/Stipend
