Medanta – The Medicity is hiring an AM – Litigation, Legal to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet appeals, written statements, affidavits, evidences, and miscellaneous applications.
• Prepare and file legal notices, lawsuits, replies, deeds, and agreements.
• Handle criminal and civil litigation matters.
• Manage litigation and assess legal risks.
• Provide legal consultancy and advice to senior management on business and litigation issues.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective legal services within timelines.
• Select, coordinate, and supervise external counsels and law firms.
• Liaise with external consultants and legal advisors on routine legal matters.
