Details of the Job/Internship
Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is hiring for the following position: AM/DM - Legal
Work Experience: 4 to 6 years PQE
Qualification: LLB/LLM from premier institutions

- Self-disciplined, punctual, confident and adheres to the organization's policy.
- Sound understanding of e-mail etiquette.
- Open to travel.
Required Skills
- Litigation handling experience in matters relating to Consumer Law, Criminal Law, Civil suits, Writs etc.
- Well-versed in drafting legal notices, cease and desist notices, petitions, appeals, replies to Section 91 notices etc.
- Sound understanding of general corporate laws, including consumer protection, legal metrology, insolvency and bankruptcy (IBC), e-commerce, and contracts.
- Liaison with investigation agencies, police officers, regulators and other government officials and respond to their queries/notices.
- Abreast about negotiation and mediation skills, pre-litigation handling procedures and dispute prevention methodologies.
- Excellent in written and oral communications, working with cross-functional teams, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordination with advocates, and law firms and briefing to senior counsels.
- Updated with business and legal environment. Well updated on new laws, policies, judgments etc.
- Basic understanding of business transactions viz. procurements, supply chain, production, export, import, sales, services, customer handling etc.
