Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal (IPR) with 5–6 years of experience to manage its global IP portfolio, including prosecution, enforcement, and advisory. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage IP portfolio: trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs.
• Handle IP filings, oppositions, office actions, and hearings in India and abroad.
• Support anti-counterfeiting enforcement and proceedings.
• Advise internal teams on brand clearance, advertising compliance, packaging, and legal metrology.
• Draft and negotiate IP and commercial agreements.
• Maintain IP database and track expenses.
• Ensure compliance with consumer protection and ASCI guidelines.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B.
• Experience: 5–6 years in IP law, preferably with a law firm or MNC.
• Strong understanding of IP prosecution, enforcement, and advisory.
