Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Legal to join its Corporate Legal Team in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet various commercial and financial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Support the legal team in managing contractual and operational legal issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as needed.
• Provide legal input for loan and financial product documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• Experience in drafting and vetting contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of loan products preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
