Details of the Job/Internship

Nomura is hiring an Analyst – Commercial Lawyer with over 4 years of experience to support its EMEA legal operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters affecting business operations.
• Support internal teams on day-to-day legal requirements.
• Coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
• Assist in managing legal risk across commercial functions.

Eligibility

• LLB, CS, or LLM qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial services or investment banking.
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting.
• Knowledge of UK and EU regulatory matters.
