Details of the Job/Internship
Elevate is hiring an Analyst – Legal Operations with experience of at least 1+ year to join their team in a remote role. The position involves working directly with clients, including Fortune 500 law departments, to improve legal operations through analysis, strategy, and implementation, with a focus on managing and administering eBilling solutions and supporting global stakeholders, which may require flexible working hours.
Role and Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot legal tracker systems and generate reports.
- Support the matter management lifecycle, including intake, tracking, updates, and closure.
- Manage eBilling processes and review legal spend in line with billing guidelines.
- Prepare operational reports and resolve system and process-related queries.
- Perform quality assurance checks and drive process improvements.
- Manage ticket requests and incidents, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in legal tracker systems.
- Ability to learn new legal technologies.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong client support and customer service experience.
