Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate is hiring an Analyst – Legal Operations with 2+ years of experience to support operational requirements for customers by collecting data in the context of legal matters while ensuring compliance with litigation handling guidelines under tight deadlines. The role involves working with customer technology and following detailed playbooks and processes within the assigned workstream. It includes managing a high volume of labor and employment lawsuits.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume employment litigation cases by collecting critical data from customer systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of employment litigation matters, including gathering documents and information for discovery.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from counsel.
• Assist with reporting, metrics, and process improvement.
• Communicate with counsel and interface with the broader team.
• Use customer systems and coordinate with custodians to ensure compliance and gather discovery responses.
• Follow established processes and playbooks.
• Become proficient in customer technology, platforms, and applications.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. litigation.
• Experience in labor and employment law is required.
• 2+ years of experience using technology in highly processed environments.
• Experience handling subpoena responses, employment charges, demands, or lawsuits.
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and handle high-volume workloads.
• Ability to work with remote team members.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
