Details of the Job/Internship
Aon is hiring an IND Analyst I – Legal with 0–1 year of experience to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, vet, and redline contracts accurately and on time.
- Provide contract administration and workflow management support.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Coordinate with external counsel by preparing briefs, compiling evidence, and creating first-level drafts.
- Manage and analyse legal data and monitor case progress.
- Support basic corporate secretarial work, including first-level review of filings, records, and stakeholder queries.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate or Paralegal.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Ability to work on contract management tools.
- Strong learning ability, judgment skills, and adherence to deadlines.
- Proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
