Details of the Job/Internship
Deloitte is hiring an Analyst – Legal with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting US-based attorneys on client engagement, tax, procurement, and corporate matters, including analysing contractual risks, reviewing and revising agreements based on standard templates, supporting document conversion and proofreading, and contributing to the development and updating of standard form agreements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist US-based attorneys on client engagement, tax, procurement, and corporate matters.
- Analyse legal and business risks in contractual terms.
- Support identification and mitigation of engagement risks.
- Review and revise contracts including engagement, subcontract, licence, and confidentiality agreements.
- Assist with document conversion, proofreading, and comparison.
- Contribute to development and updating of standard form agreements.
- Perform other assigned job-related duties.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience working with contracts.
- Candidate must not hold an active license to practice law in India.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and apply sound judgment.
