Details of the Job/Internship
Deloitte is hiring a Legal Analyst to support the Corporate group within the Office of General Counsel in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting US-based attorneys with client engagements, contracts, tax, procurement, and other corporate-related matters while analyzing legal and business risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze legal and business risks regarding contractual terms.
- Support US-based attorneys in identifying and mitigating engagement risks.
- Review, revise, and manage contracts including engagement, subcontract, license, confidentiality, and other related agreements.
- Assist with document conversion, proofreading, and comparison.
- Help develop and update Deloitte standard form agreements.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience working with contracts.
- Cannot have an active license to practice law in India.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, apply good judgment, and provide creative solutions.
