Details of the Job/Internship
Apollo is looking for a candidate for the position of Analyst - Legal Billing to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, allocate and log incoming law firm vendor invoices.
- Analyze vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with the firms outside counsel manual.
- Review open items routinely and escalate issues for resolution to the Legal Billing Manager
- Ensure the firms billing rates and related discounts are correct upon invoice submission.
- Corresponding with law firms to reconcile bills, making necessary adjustments and to educate the firms with respect to our billing practices.
- Perform general research with regards to historical billing issues or payment history
- Summarize and present findings in a succinct manner to reviewing Attorneys when needed.
Eligibility
- Ability to learn quickly and familiarize oneself with Apollo’s legal parameters.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Analytical/problem solving skills.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Excel
- Desire and enthusiasm to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
