Details of the Job/Internship

JPMorgan Chase & Co is hiring an Analyst, Right to Work Immigration Specialist. Manage end-to-end immigration processes, oversee assignment lifecycle, ensure compliance with regulations, track visas, coordinate with vendors, and keep stakeholders informed. Join us in APAC region for a dynamic role in immigration management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing end to end immigration process for the employees.
• Coordinating immigration process with different stakeholders including liaising with the outsourced service provider.
• Maintain accurate immigration records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are put in place.
• Stay abreast of changes in the laws that impact the employee and/ or any other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all internal/external stakeholders including but not limited to regulations without delay. Making sure all compliance is managed within the stipulated timeframe. 
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic advice and solutions on immigration-related matters.
• Generate reports and analytics related to the processes, including but not limited to visa status tracking and expiring documents.
• Constantly review and update internal processes to enhance efficiency through automation, better employee and stakeholder experience.
• Management of employee/managers queries raised through different forums.

Eligibility

• Strong immigration in-depth knowledge about APAC inbound and outbounds.
• Graduate / Postgraduate with at least 5+ years in Global mobility including RTW functional area . Advanced degree or certification in immigration law or related area is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end immigration procedure, strong ability in data management for analysis, advanced excel and strong organizational, communication, time management skills.
• Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with high attention to detail.
