Details of the Job/Internship
DESRI India Private Limited is hiring an Analyst/Senior Analyst – Legal & Compliance with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise DESRI on legal and compliance matters for renewable energy projects.
- Review, draft, and negotiate financing agreements, consultant agreements, service agreements, and other project-related contracts.
- Support deal teams, asset managers, and attorneys across U.S. and India offices.
- Handle amendments, consents, and compliance issues under financing arrangements.
- Collaborate on matters across project phases: development, financing, construction, and operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with strong academic record.
- 2–3 years of experience managing deals and drafting/reviewing commercial agreements.
- Prior experience in law firms or a mix of law firm and in-house preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- Renewable energy industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
