Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Vaibhav Choudhary is looking for a candidate for the position AOR Registered Clerk to work with him in new Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of e-filing procedures.
• Preparation of paper books, OCR, scanning, PDF file creation, indexing, etc.
• Typing, MS Word, and cause list preparation.
• Monitoring listed matters, case status updates, and court orders.
• Client coordination, registry follow-ups, and defect clearance.
• Thorough knowledge of filing procedures before SC, High Courts, and Tribunals.

Eligibility

• Must have prior experience working in an AOR/Advocate office or similar legal filing role.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass and above
• Good understanding of English (basic level sufficient).
• Familiarity with court processes and e-filing portals.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and coordination skills are essential.
• Law graduates and freshers are not eligible for this role.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
