Details of the Job/Internship
WhiteHatts is hiring Arbitration Associates (A2/A3) with 2–5 years of experience and Senior Associates with 5–8+ years of experience to join its Arbitration and Commercial Litigation practice in Delhi. The role involves work on domestic and international arbitration matters and complex commercial disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, SoC/SoD, and written submissions.
- Handle domestic and international arbitration matters.
- Work with institutional arbitration rules including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and DIAC.
- Assist in matters related to infrastructure, construction, energy, and commercial disputes.
- Work on high-value and complex arbitration matters.
Eligibility
- Associate (A2/A3): 2–5 years.
- Senior Associate: 5–8+ years.
- Experience in domestic and international arbitration.
- Experience with drafting pleadings, statements of claim/defence, and written submissions.
- Knowledge of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and institutional rules such as ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and DIAC.
- Sector exposure: infrastructure, construction, energy, and commercial disputes.
- Prior experience in a top-tier or reputed law firm preferred.
