Jurisiti is hiring an Arbitration Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in core litigation and arbitration.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review SOD and SOC.
- Manage all stages of arbitration independently.
Eligibility
- LLB from a Tier 1 law college in India.
- LLM in Arbitration.
- Minimum 4 years of core litigation and arbitration experience.
- Expertise in drafting Statement of Defence (SOD) and Statement of Claim (SOC).
- Ability to independently handle all stages of arbitration.
