Details of the Job/Internship

LexArbitri is hiring an Arbitration Lawyer to join their Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting legal documents, preparing case strategies, and conducting legal research on complex arbitration matters. The position includes advising clients, presenting cases in arbitration hearings, liaising with domestic and international clients, and collaborating closely with the firm’s team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Eligibility

• Strong legal drafting, written advocacy, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience in handling complex arbitration and litigation matters.
• Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and contract interpretation.
• Ability to develop effective case strategies and manage large-scale commercial disputes.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
• Advanced degree in Law with expertise in Arbitration or Dispute Resolution.
• Prior experience in enforcing arbitral awards and cross-border litigation preferred.
• Certifications or affiliations with recognized arbitration bodies such as CIArb are advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
