Details of the Job/Internship
CeeQ is hiring a Legal Associate (Operations) with 1+ years to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential arbitrators for empanelment.
- Manage onboarding of arbitrators, including explaining processes, responsibilities, fees, and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for new arbitrators and organize refresher workshops for existing arbitrators.
- Create training materials, manuals, and FAQs.
- Act as the key liaison for ongoing disputes between the organisation and arbitrators.
- Coordinate hearings and facilitate the passing of orders.
- Set up and manage communication channels, including WhatsApp groups.
- Maintain updated databases on arbitrators, trainings, and certifications.
- Regularly engage arbitrators to gather and implement feedback.
Eligibility
- LLB, B.Com, BMS, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in stakeholder management, training, or legal/arbitration roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
