Details of the Job/Internship
V CATCH is hiring an Arbitration Case Management Associate to join their team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage arbitration cases related to loan agreements, contractual disputes, and recovery matters.
- Track arbitration notices, filings, and hearing schedules.
- Maintain MIS and case trackers for arbitration matters and status updates.
- Prepare and review arbitration documentation including notices, statements of claim, evidence files, and case briefs.
- Ensure compliance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and internal legal policies.
- Liaise with external advocates, arbitrators, and arbitration institutions for case progress.
- Provide case files, documentation, and factual inputs to legal counsel.
- Coordinate with collections, credit, operations, and legal teams for document retrieval and case preparation.
- Maintain legal MIS, case trackers, and arbitration dashboards.
- Provide updates to senior management on case progress and outcomes.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures for arbitration management.
- Identify opportunities to improve turnaround time and legal efficiency.
