FastInfo is hiring an Arbitrator & Mediator to join their team in Kolkata. The role involves resolving disputes with fairness and impartiality, leveraging excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Resolve disputes efficiently and impartially.
- Ensure fair decision-making in arbitration and mediation processes.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on fair resolutions.
Eligibility
- Strong background in law, conflict resolution, or a related field.
- Certification or licensing as an arbitrator.
- Preferred: Certified Arbitrator by SIAC, MCIA, DIAC, ICADR, FICCI.
