Shubham Housing Development Finance Co. Ltd. is hiring an Area Legal Manager with 3–10 years of experience to join its non-litigation business legal team in Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle non-litigation and business legal matters related to HL and LAP products.
• Prepare and review legal reports.
• Support business teams with legal inputs and compliance requirements.
• Ensure legal documentation aligns with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate legal processes within housing finance operations.

Eligibility

• LLB or Law Graduate.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with HL and LAP products.
• Experience in housing finance companies, NBFCs, or banks.
• Non-litigation legal experience required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
