India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd. is looking for an Area Legal Manager – Litigation to join their dynamic team and manage legal operations for Karnataka, based out of Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage litigation matters across Karnataka.
- Handle cases related to the NI Act, SARFAESI Act, and warrant execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Collection Team to ensure smooth legal processes.
- Provide strategic legal advice on matters concerning the organization’s interest.
Eligibility
- 7-8 years PQE in handling litigation, with a focus on financial services.
- Proven experience in warrant execution and strong knowledge of the NI Act and SARFAESI Act.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
