Details of the Job/Internship

Equitas Small Finance Bank is hiring an Area Legal Manager – Non-Litigation (HL/LAP/Business Loans) for their Hyderabad office. This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Legal Manager located in the Greater Hyderabad Area

Role and Responsibilities

The Area Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs for the bank on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Affairs skills
• Legal Document Preparation and Legal Compliance skills
• Experience in Legal Consulting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with relevant certifications
