Details of the Job/Internship

Juris De Jure Law Firm is hiring an Area Legal Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is an on-site role requiring candidates to work from the Jaipur office. The position involves independent management and quality delivery of Title Search Reports and Legal Reports in the banking, finance, and property documentation domain. The offered salary ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Only candidates who are local to Rajasthan and can work in Jaipur should apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutiny, verification, and final checking of Legal Reports and Title Search Reports.
• Managing a team of legal associates preparing reports.
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality control before submission.
• Monitoring turnaround time and ensuring timely delivery to client companies.
• Coordinating with client banks and NBFCs for smooth service and communication.
• Handling Title Search Reports, vetting of property documents, balance transfer transactions, and execution deeds and documentation processes.
• Providing team training, guidance, and workflow improvement.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualified.
• Strong understanding of property documentation and banking legal processes.
• Excellent team handling and reporting management skills.
• Good communication skills, ownership, and adherence to deadlines.
