Details of the Job/Internship
SK Finance Limited is hiring for the position of Area Legal Manager to join their office in Jhunjhunu.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage regional legal issues and disputes in coordination with external legal counsel.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documentation, including notices, agreements, and responses.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on regulatory and operational matters.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and internal legal protocols.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local laws and regulatory developments affecting the business.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); additional legal certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in legal affairs, consulting, and compliance—preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector.
- Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, and financial regulations.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
