Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Ltd. is hiring an Area Legal Manager with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the litigation recovery portfolio for the assigned area.
• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals to ensure departmental targets are met.
• Handle legal proceedings related to debt recovery, including arbitration and SARFAESI actions.
• Represent the company in various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Coordinate with external counsels and recovery agents for timely case resolution.
• Ensure all legal documentation and recovery efforts comply with banking regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
• 4–5 years of working experience specifically in a Banking or NBFC environment.
• Proven experience in litigation recovery and team handling.
• Strong knowledge of laws relating to financial recoveries and civil litigation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
