Unico Housing Finance Private Limited is hiring an Area Legal Manager to join their office in Pune. The role involves handling legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, providing legal consulting, and overseeing various legal affairs of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide legal consulting and advice to the organization.
- Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and contract-related matters.
- Oversee legal operations and coordinate with internal teams for compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM preferred.
- Expertise in legal compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and consulting.
- Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and contract management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is desirable.
