Details of the Job/Internship

Wonder Home Finance Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Area Legal Manager with 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Aurangabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal scrutiny of property documents (Retail & LAP cases).
• Handling SARFAESI & recovery-related legal matters.
• Panel advocate coordination & case monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal frameworks.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (Full-time).
• 5 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP is preferred.
• Relevant experience in Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property laws & mortgage processes.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
