Details of the Job/Internship

YES BANK is hiring an Area Legal Manager with experience of 5–7 years to join their Retail Legal Team in Bengaluru East.

Role and Responsibilities

• Initiation of Title Search Reports and addressing queries raised by advocates.
• Clarifying legal queries from Risk, Business, and Operations teams.
• Liaison with different departments, law firms, Registrar Offices, and Government Departments.
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, guarantees, mortgage documents, pledge deeds, and hypothecation deeds.
• Comprehending Title Search Reports for various kinds of properties.
• Working as a dedicated team resource with effective communication and a solution-driven approach.

Eligibility

• A qualified lawyer with an LL.B degree and preferably 5–7 years of mixed court and corporate experience.
• Proficiency in banking laws, transfer of property laws, and the Companies Act is required.

Salary/Stipend
