Details of the Job/Internship

T Jose & Associates is offering a 2-month assessment program for fresh law graduates (0–2 years experience). This is not an internship but a structured trainee program leading to a potential Associate position based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Assist in due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Support the team in banking and finance advisory work.
• Coordinate with clients and manage documentation.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates (0–2 years PQE).
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in Corporate and Banking & Finance law.

Salary/Stipend
