Alternis Ita (AI) Legal Partners is hiring an Assessment Intern – Corporate Law for a 3-month internship at their office in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting.
• Support with contract review and corporate compliance tasks.
• Participate in due diligence and transactional work.
• Contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.
• Perform tasks proactively with attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Final-year law students or recent graduates.
• Interest in corporate law.
• Prior exposure through internships or academic work in:
• Contract drafting and review (NDAs, vendor agreements, shareholder agreements)
• Company incorporation and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
• Legal due diligence for corporate transactions
• M&A, private equity, or startup advisory
• FEMA, FDI regulations, or SEBI guidelines (preferred)
• Legal research and opinion writing
